Registration Form: Málaga Encaustic Workshop with Ellen Koment and Belén Millán

Join Ellen and Belén for an unforgettable encaustic and cultural experience. A range of encaustic techniques on paper and board will be taught taking Málaga, its Mediterranean history, culture and gastronomy as inspiration for our studio time. There will be time for group discussions and individual critiques.

Price, Payment Information and Conditions:

Program Fee: $1,750 for workshop participants* - $400. for non-painters**
Before December 1st: $1,550. for artists, $300 for non-painters

Deposit: $500 for painting participants and $250. for non-painters (included in the fee above). Deposit is due at the time the reservation is made. 
Balance is due JAN 18, 2018

For artists: *Package price includes lunch, art, cultural and culinary tours from MARCH 18-24, 2018 encaustic classes and demonstrations, art supplies and equipment.

For friends: **Package includes lunch and tours from March 18-24, 2018

Balance checks can be mailed to Ellen by JAN 18, 2018 to the same address.

If you live anywhere else in the world you can send a wire transfer for your deposit and another for your balance to Belén – please contact her for wire information at encausticspain@gmail.com – Please note students are responsible for all bank fees.

Participants will book their own hotels. The workshop will be held at Belen's studio, in the central area of Malaga.

Travel agent can give you information on one day tours available to Granada, Marrocco, Cadiz, Sevilla, etc…

Refunds & Cancellation Policies: $200 of initial deposit is non-refundable.
After Jan 30, 2018  50% of total amount paid is non-refundable.
After Feb 18, 2018  there are no refunds, unless someone can be found to fill that spot. If the Workshop is cancelled for any reason, all payments will be refunded.

Insurance: You will be required to have your own travel insurance as a condition to attend the workshop. It is very inexpensive and can protect you by refunding monies paid if you need to cancel your trip due to an emergency or interruption. It can also protect you in many other ways as well.

Liability Policy:

By purchasing this workshop you agree to hold Ellen Koment and Belén Millán free from any liability in the event of accident or injury to yourself or your personal belongings during the workshop.

I grant permission to Ellen Koment and Belén Millán to use, publish and disseminate any photograhs or videos taken during the workshop in newspapers, magazines, brochures, websites or other media for promotional purposes.
